Reproductive Reflexology can be used as a stand-alone treatment to enhance your natural fertility or with all sorts of assisted conception including Clomid, IUI, IVF and ICSI. It can also be used to support individuals and couples using surrogacy or donors in IVF cycles.
Reproflexology works by using specific and prescriptive treatment protocols to address fertility health for both men and women.
It aims to regulate menstrual cycles and ensure that each stage is functioning at its best.
It aims to improve sperm production and functionality.
It aims to assist any underlying conditions – both male and female.
It uses structured and prescriptive treatment protocols supporting all forms of assisted conception.
It is one of the most effective forms of integrated medicine using results from medical testing to measure improvements.
I am a member of the Association of Reproductive Reflexologists.
Prior to your first consultation I will send a pre conception questionnaire which I would ask you both to complete. I would suggest that a couple come together for the first meeting, after all, issues with fertility are divided equally between men and women. I also ask that,if possible, you obtain all test results for both of you as these are of benefit in deciding the course of treatment.
I would recommend any couple thinking about having a baby to come for reflexology at least 3 months before trying to conceive. It takes 3 months for each sperm to reach full maturity. Having said that, I welcome either or both men and women at any stage in their conception journey. Hopefully I can support you emotionally in what can be a very stressful time in your lives. Relieving stress alone can be enough for couples to become pregnant.
